I have worked as a helpdesk specialist, which involved answering call and assisting clients with technology issues. I have operated on over 400 student machines which include PCs, Macs and iPhones. I also set up and managed the equipment in my school's Technology lab, which included cameras, projectors, media recorders, desktops and laptops.

I was in charge of managing the social media page for our organization (Organization for Cross-Cultural Understanding) and creating the graphic media for promoting our events. I am also in charge of planning and setting up our events which include potlucks, end-of-year celebrations, fashion shows and activity fairs.

I was involved in the development and management of the school website, which included error logging, updating templates and web information, and ensuring that all media followed ADA compliance. I amended properties for over 1000 images as well as amending and documenting properties of over 40 web pages.

I was responsible for the creation of CDs, DVDs, mp3 files, video files and CD labels. I also created montages and titles in After Effects, and I managed audio files on an online radio streaming service. Some of the videos I have created can be seen on the 'Video Projects' section of this website.
